Jesse Shaver, Golf Course Superintendent at Gull Lake Country Club to Lead MiGCSA

Jesse Shaver, Class A Member and Golf Course Superintendent at Gull Lake Country Club in Richland has been elected as the Michigan Golf Course Superintendents Association (MiGCSA) Chapter President for 2024.

The MiGCSA held its 17th annual meeting and election on Tuesday, February 27th at the Hollywood Greektown Casino in Detroit. 

Other officers elected to the MiGCSA board include Vice President Gene Davis from Elk Rapids C.C. in Richland and Secretary/Treasurer Scott Pulaski from Walloon Lake C.C.
The election marked the end of board service for Past President (2022) Ryan Moore from Forest Lake C.C. Our deepest gratitude for his service to our industry.

One new member was elected to the board, Ian Daniels, CGCS from the Country Club of Jackson. 

The MiGCSA is dedicated to providing opportunities to our members through programs and services that enhance and promote our profession. The MiGCSA has more than 700 Members and is managed by Executive Director Adam Ikamas, CGCS, who can be contacted at info@migcsa.org
