The Michigan Golf Course Superintendents Association is pleased to again offer the Heritage Scholarship. The award is available to dependents of current members of the MiGCSA in good standing pursuing a degree at a post-secondary educational institution as a full-time student during the next academic year. The total scholarship pool is $10,000 and individual awards will be decided by the committee. The deadline for submissions is Friday February 10th
, these will be awarded at the MiGCSA Annual Meeting in Grand Rapids on February 27th.
Funding for these scholarships is provided by the membership dues increase, our Industry Partners & proceeds from the 2022 Fundraisers.

In an effort to keep the Heritage Scholarship application process updated, the MiGCSA scholarship committee is excited to announce a new application format. In addition to the students' resume, this year applicants will submit a 2-4 minute video submission that is intended to capture the applicant's answer to a provided question. These short videos will be judged on quality of content, creativity, and overall presentation. Details are included in the application link.
