The 2026 Can-Am

OGSA | Published on 5/1/2026

On April 27, 2026, the Ontario Golf Superintendents' Association (OGSA), alongside the team at Ambassador Golf Club, proudly hosted participants for this year’s CAN/AM Challenge.

The day would not have been possible without the efforts of host superintendent Ryan Campbell and his crew, whose hard work and attention to detail ensured the course was in outstanding condition for play. Equal thanks go to the Pro Shop staff, who kept things running smoothly – organizing teams efficiently and getting golfers to their starting holes for the 10:00 a.m. shotgun start.

While the wind made its presence known, the weather ultimately cooperated enough that players were able to enjoy a full day on the course and return from their rounds dry and in great spirits.

Off the course, the experience was just as memorable. A special shoutout goes to the Chef and kitchen team, who kept participants well fueled from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s event and helped make it such a success. Congratulations to Team USA for taking home the trophy – we’ll get em’ next time, Canada! Until then, we look forward to seeing everyone next year on the other side of the border.
