Bloom Golf Partners is proud to announce the opening of our 2026 Turfgrass Management Scholarship, created to support emerging leaders and committed professionals pursuing careers in turfgrass management.

This annual scholarship recognizes passion, work ethic, and a vision for contributing to the future of the turf industry. A total of three awards will be granted:

1) Grand Prize: $6,000 scholarship plus travel + lodging to the 2027 GCSAA Conference & Trade Show in New Orleans
2) Second Prize: $2,000 scholarship
3) Third Prize: $1,000 scholarship

We encourage applications from individuals currently working in turfgrass maintenance roles-including crew members, assistants-in-training, or interns-who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a U.S. college or university to advance their education in Turfgrass Management. All applications must be submitted by January 31, 2026.

How to Apply

Please review the requirements carefully and submit the following:

1) Completed application form
2) Resume
3) Two referral letters (one from your current supervisor, one from an influential person in your life)
4) A minimum 500-word original essay addressing:
A moment that changed your outlook on the industry, how it shaped your career path, and who was influential in that shift.

What Happens Next

Following the application deadline, the Top 5 candidates will be invited to a virtual interview with members of the Bloom Golf Partners team to share more about their journey and aspirations within the industry.
