I am deeply grateful for the financial support the Migcsa has provided me and have used the scholarship to support my living expenses. I was finally able to get crucial work done on my car and finish paying my rent. The MiGCSA scholarship has given me some relief from my financial stressors, enabling me to start this semester on the right foot.

Receiving this scholarship is incredibly meaningful to both me and my family. The financial challenges associated with the cost of living and completing my studies at MSU have been significant. This scholarship has alleviated a considerable amount of stress, allowing me to focus more fully on my academic responsibilities without the constant concern of how to cover the costs of materials and textbooks. I am deeply grateful for this support, as it has made a massive difference on my ability to succeed within my final year.

As a junior in the four-year Turfgrass Management Program at Michigan State University, I am excited about the opportunities ahead. As of now, I have completed two internships and plan to complete one more before graduation. While, I am still exploring my long-term career path, I am confident in my goal of becoming an assistant superintendent.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at the MiGCSA for awarding me a scholarship. This generous support allows me to fully focus on my education and passion for learning, without the added stress of financial burdens. Your investment in my future means the world to me. Thank you!
