We are pleased to announce that Reinders, Inc. has acquired Spartan Distributors as of September 1, 2022.
Reinders, Inc. is a 150-year-old golf and grounds focused company headquartered in Sussex, Wisconsin. The acquisition of Spartan Distributors, a 75-year-old company, will expand Reinders Toro coverage to include Spartan’s current territory of Michigan. This will add to Reinders’ existing Toro territory of Wisconsin, the Chicago area, and parts of Indiana and the UP of Michigan.
What changes: only the ownership.
What doesn’t change: everything you know and love about Spartan Distributors.
The people, name, locations, addresses, sales and service, parts and accounting will all remain the same. Kris Early, current VP, will oversee the Spartan operations.
